Edinburgh feels like a story written in stone and sky. A city built on layers of history and dreams, where every narrow street and every hidden staircase seems to lead somewhere between the past and the soul. The air carries silence and wind, the scent of rain and old books. In the mornings, mist rises like a curtain, softening everything it touches. By afternoon, light slips through the city, fragile and golden, like a secret. Through my lens, I discovered a beauty that does not ask to be loud. It simply exists, quietly, in the rhythm of footsteps, in the glow of windows at dusk. Edinburgh is not a city you visit. It is a place that stays with you.
This journey became an exercise in stillness, finding poetry in grey tones, emotion in the cold, and warmth in the way light survives even the darkest skies.
