GETTING READY


The preparations are often quiet, intimate moments filled with anticipation.

I will be present from the very beginning, focusing on details, emotions, gestures, and the atmosphere surrounding you, without ever interrupting the natural flow of the moment.

I document what happens naturally, without interference, allowing you to live every moment fully while I preserve it with care and sensitivity.

AFTER THE WEDDING



After the wedding, the quiet and meticulous work of post-production will begin. Here you will find timings, delivery methods and all the information you need to choose the photos for your album. Within approximately 10 days, you will receive a selection of 10–15 preview photographs: carefully curated images, designed to let you relive the emotion immediately and perfect for your social media.

FULL GALLERY DELIVERY


Within 3–4 months, you will receive a private online gallery containing approximately 800–1000 fully post-produced images, carefully curated and divided into categories for easy viewing. The gallery is optimized for all devices desktop, tablet, and smartphone and can be easily shared with friends and family.

SELECTING IMAGES FOR THE ALBUM

Inside the gallery, you can select your favorite images by simply clicking the heart icon beneath each photo.

Once your selection is complete, it will be sent directly to me. I will review it, refine it if needed, and create the album layout for your approval before printing.

PRINT ALBUM


Each album is crafted using high-quality materials, with dedicated color control and fine art printing.

Production time is approximately 4 weeks from final approval. Once ready, your album will be delivered in an elegant, protective packaging designed to preserve it over time.

FAQ

When will we receive our wedding photos?

Your complete gallery will be delivered within 3–4 months after the wedding.

How many photos will we receive?

You will receive approximately 800–1000 carefully edited images.

What if we’re unsure which photos to choose for the album?

I will guide you through the selection and help refine your choices if needed.

How long does it take to receive the printed album?

Around 4 weeks after final approval of the layout.

Can we share the gallery with friends and family?

Yes. The gallery can be shared easily via a private link.

Will we receive high-resolution files?

Yes. All images are delivered in high resolution for personal use.

What if we’d like to make changes or add something to the album after delivery?

Any requested changes can be reviewed before final printing.
Once the album production process has begun, no further modifications can be made.

How does payment work?

The payment schedule is structured as follows:
• 40% upon contract signing
• 30% fifteen days before the wedding
• 30% as final balance

All payments are outlined clearly in the contract.

What happens if the wedding is cancelled?

In the event of a cancellation, any deposits paid are non-refundable, as stated in the contract.
This is because the wedding date has been reserved and the planning process has already begun.

What if the wedding is postponed?

In the case of a mutually agreed postponement, and subject to studio availability, the event may be rescheduled to the following year with a 15% surcharge applied to the service fee.

Are there any additional costs beyond the photography service?

Are travel expenses included in the price?
Travel expenses are not included in the service fee and are agreed upon separately.

In addition:
• Coverage beyond 10 hours is subject to an additional hourly fee.
• For weddings with more than 200 guests, a third photographer may be required, with a dedicated supplement.
• All additional services and costs are always discussed and agreed upon with the couple in advance.

How many photographers will be present on the wedding day?

Depending on the collection you choose, the service includes one or two professional photographers, ensuring complete coverage of the day.

How can we make sure we have photos with the people who matter most to us?

If there are particularly important guests (close family members, witnesses, or special friends), we recommend letting us know in advance.

Additionally, if you would like specific group photographs, it’s important to provide a clear list before the wedding day. This allows us to organize them smoothly, without stress, and without taking time away from the natural, spontaneous flow of the day.

Do you take group photos during the wedding?

Yes, we do — in an organized and efficient way.

Group photos are planned in advance and taken during a dedicated moment, in order to avoid delays or disruptions to the flow of the day.
Group photos that are not previously requested or communicated may not be possible to accommodate during the event.
